The MOON168 Lunar Imaging Spectrometer

MOON168 is a push-broom imaging spectrometer that will enable on-orbit SI-traceable observations and deliver radiometric precision below one percent [153]. Its pointing mode can be selected to position the instrument’s slit perpendicular to either the roll or pitch gimbal axis, allowing for broad phase angle lunar irradiance characterization.
